Saffier is a large care organization in The Hague and surrounding areas. With 10 different residential care locations, they offer housing and professional care to people who need it. Often elderly people or people with disabilities. But what is it really like to live in such a home or to move a loved one here? We answer exactly that question in a series of 10 videos.

Our approach
Pre-production & Planning
With 10 different locations, planning was critical. We coordinated with each location manager on the unique atmosphere and USPs of their home.
Rotary Days
We visited all locations to capture the atmosphere, residents and environment. Respect for the residents and their privacy was paramount.
Assembly
We produced 10 unique videos that, despite their own character, together form one clear family within Sapphire's corporate identity.
Moving a loved one to a nursing home is no small thing. You want to know what it's like and whether the location suits your loved one. To give loved ones a glimpse of all the homes, we recorded a beautiful video at each location. We let real residents and real employees tell what it is like to live at that particular location. Stories that make an impression. Stories that give an insight into the lives of people at Saffier.
All the videos were produced with one camera. This way we managed to get close to the real life of the people in the houses. We captured unique moments. Interaction between residents. And special encounters between residents and staff.
This series really captures the essence of our locations! Getting a feeling quickly and then making an appointment to look makes all the difference.
