Interactive onboarding for new employees at Sapphire

Together with Saffier, we developed an interactive video explaining Saffier to new employees, even before their first day of work. Explaining:

• Who Sapphire is as an organization
• How the organization is structured and which colleagues you can find where
• What to expect during your first day of work
• What care sites there actually are and what they do
• And what characterizes Sapphire as an employer.

By giving employees access to the video before their first day at work, they don't start their first day at work completely blank. In addition, they know better what to expect and can learn about the organization at their own pace.

From A to Z, this is a roughly 30-minute video. To keep it manageable, we give the viewer control. You choose the subject you want to know more about and click through to more information on the website. Viewers can return to the video at any time and watch it in parts. That's great if you start off blank!

By the way, even for people who already work at Saffier, this is of course a great tool. Because of course, it is not a given that everyone knows everything about an organization with more than 10 locations and over 1,800 employees.
