Our approach
Discovery session
Innovation in healthcare is abstract. We engaged with I-nurses to understand what their work entails and how they use technology at the bedside.
Rotary Day
We walked with the I-nurses and portrayed how innovations such as smart glasses or sensors make work easier and improve care.
Assembly
We edited an inspiring video showing Saffier leading the way in healthcare innovation, intended to enthuse new colleagues and stakeholders.
For Saffier, we created a series of very short hapsnap snippets to talk about the iNurse. In this workplace and between healthcare organizations, there was a lot of talk about the iNurse, but there were also a lot of viewpoint differences.
What we did learn is that the iNurse really had to find and make his/her niche, aar that an awful lot of value did come out of it.
