Our approach
Production
We looked for the real stories within the organization and selected two mechanics willing to share their passion for the craft.
Rotary Day
We walked with the mechanics for a day to capture the work and atmosphere unpolished and honest.
Assembly
We edited two energetic portraits and several short teasers for an effective online recruitment campaign.
In addition to these two beautiful portraits, we also created some short social snippets. Exactly the same feel with a shorter message. Where the social snippets should enthuse potential mechanics to go to the website, the long videos give a nice picture of the work. By creating multiple snippets, a full-funnel campaign could be set up immediately.
What a fantastic result and a great summary of this day!
