Knowing what you stand for

In the start-up phase in which Multi Talent Finder finds itself, a clear, emotionally charged story is essential to enthuse and convince investor. A story that ‘splashes off the paper’ and conveys the mission well. In two intensive discovery sessions we dove into the core of their story with the initiators. Together we brought focus: why does Multi Talent Finder exist, who are they doing it for and what makes their approach unique?

We first built a logical content structure, then we shaped it. Since there was no corporate identity yet, we developed our own visual style to fit the start-up. Multi Talent Finder focuses on a vulnerable target group of people with autism. To give them a face in a respectful and inclusive way, we chose AI-generated images: symbolic portraits that show that every talent is unique, without having to photograph real people. This created a visual language that strengthens the story and fits the initiative.

Result: clear story, strong impression

The new pitch deck gives Multi Talent Finder a clear and emotionally charged presentation with which to convey their mission. The initiators were surprised by the depth of our questions and happy with the result. Since the delivery, a director has been hired to further shape the start-up and the first investment is in. With a convincing story and professional pitch deck, Multi Talent Finder can now confidently take the next step.
