To give potential colleagues a good picture of the workplace, we combine honest stories from different colleagues. Each colleague has his or her own unique role within the organization so that everyone's unique qualities are shown to their best advantage.

So it is also important to show this honesty in the video. Because attracting people is one but selecting the right people who want to make a long-term contribution is not so easy.

To enthuse people on social media, we also developed short versions of the long video. With these snippets we attract potential colleagues to the website to tell them more about the vacancy and working at Saffier.
