CHA customer case and snippets
CHA wants to get their customers talking through authentic video portraits. By filming clients in their own work environment and combining their personal story with real-life images (B-roll), we create social proof that really gets in. This initial production immediately serves as the basis for a reusable template.

Creation Social Snippets
Translation to 16:9 and 9:16 formats for maximum usability.
CHA was looking for a way to translate customer stories into powerful video content. The focus was on creating a reusable format that provides both depth (long video) and quick consumption on social media (snippets). The goal: a professional look that fits seamlessly with the existing corporate identity.
Our approach: a sustainable template
We developed a format where the interview is the common thread, supported by atmospheric B-roll footage of employees in practice. To ensure continuity for future videos, we laid down a set template for the design and subtitles. Here we link directly with the corporate identity partner to guard the visual identity.
