Our approach

Discovery session

We sat down with the founders of Ant to understand their dream for the neighborhood: bringing back social cohesion.

Concept

We chose a personal approach: the founders themselves speaking in the neighborhood where it happens.

Ant, founded by two inspired entrepreneurs who want to make the world a little sweeter again. Something that in their eyes should be perfectly natural: giving each other a hand up. How do they do this? With their AI-powered app. An app in which you indicate which job you could use a helping hand with. And in which you indicate when you would like to give a hand-bee.

Supply and demand is automatically matched using AI. Buyer and help are instantly matched and everyone is verified by Ant. After all, you don't just let anyone into your home.

Marketing consulting and project management

Where Ant walked in asking us to create a detailed marketing plan for them, things turned out differently. Together we dove into their question and went to the core. The core of who Mier is and what Mier really needs at this stage. It turned out to be project management from our marketing expertise. We guided them to finding their story, selecting a website builder and realizing the design.
